HOLY SPIRIT MASS

July 17, 2026

As our school community gathered to begin another year of faith, learning, and service, the Mass of the Holy Spirit was solemnly presided over by 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗥𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼 𝗖. 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀, 𝗗.𝗗., together with our School Director, 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗚𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗺 𝗭. 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗼, 𝗣𝗵𝗗, our School Chaplain and Parish Rector, 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗥𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗮, and our Parochial Vicar, 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗼.

In his inspiring homily, 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗥𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼, reflected on the three manifestations of the Holy Spirit in Scripture: the dove, a sign of peace and God's abiding presence; the tongues of fire, symbolizing zeal, courage, and transformation; and the breath, the life-giving Spirit who renews and strengthens His people. Through these images, he reminded us that the Holy Spirit continues to guide, enlighten, and empower us in our daily journey.

𝗔𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮𝗻𝘀, we are called to invoke the Holy Spirit at the beginning of this school year. May our relationships with our classmates, teachers, and the entire school community be marked by peace, respect, and harmony. May the Spirit ignite within us a greater passion for learning, strengthen our resolve to become better versions of ourselves, and inspire us to become future leaders of the Church and society.

Together, let us pray with faith and confidence:
