The Office of Student Affairs

The Office for Student Affairs imbued within the contents of the Vision-Mission Statement, Objectives and Philosophy of NSDAPS, is both an administrative and a service office. It is administrative in the sense that it serves to enforce and implement all policies, rules and regulations of the parochial school as well as those of the DepEd, with respect to:

1. The students' general conduct, behavior and discipline; and

2. The student organizations, house forums, school programs and/or activities.

It is a service office in the sense that it serves and looks after the interests of students. The Coordinator carries out administrative functions of the office while the services are conjugated by two staffs: the Prefect of Discipline and the Security and Sgt. and Arms.

Objectives and Goals

1. To promote proper discipline inside and outside the classroom.

2. To be in-charge /organize co-curricular activity, school clubs/organization

3. To encourage students to join and participate in clubs organization recognized by the school to foster their intellectual, cultural, spiritual and physical growth and development.


The Student Affairs Office

Our office handles the student’s compliance of school rules and regulations and the prescription of necessary penalties for non-compliance. It also looks after the extra-curricular activities of students for their wholesome physical growth and development so that venues can be provided, where students can creatively direct their energies, maximize the potentials, and participate actively in the school activities

We, the staff of the Office of Student Affairs, commit ourselves to the integral formation of students through the development of their potentials and skills, and the acquisition of virtues that will enable them to gain mastery of self.

We will realize this by providing them opportunities and programs for co-curricular and extra-curricular activities enhancing leadership skills, formation of values, professionalism, social responsibility, care for the environment and promotion of peace and order.

Thus, in coordination with and support from Faculty members and other Staff, we hope to contribute to the realization and growth of a Catholic community here in the diocese.


Coordinator of Student Affairs and Activities

The coordinator is responsible for the coordination and supervision of all the co-curricular activities of student body.

She coordinates with the Student Services and Administrative Division relative to all programs on services affecting the student body. She discharges her duties in consultation, coordination and cooperation with the advisers, Principal and the School Director.
